As a result, we create and deliver a range of bespoke and open development programmes. Some are created directly with and for organisations for specific purposes, others are developed for a wider audience.

We understand that organisations invest in their people through development and training programmes, and that they want to see the impact and a return on investment. That is why we ensure that bespoke development programmes strongly reflect the requirements and aims of the organisation. An integral part of our programmes is working with individuals to help them understand how they can apply their learning back in their working environment.

Our B.E.S.T. programme (Business Evolution Skills Transfer) ensures that learning from development programmes is sustainable, so that individuals can continue to develop in the future and organisations can identify a genuine return on investment.

We recognise that people learn in different ways and so we use a blended approach in our development programmes: questionnaires, discussions, small and large group activities, presentation of current practice, team coaching and more. Our programmes are highly participative, drawing on the experiences of the delegates themselves using effective facilitation and through networking between delegates. We aim to make our programmes fun, but most definitely challenging and thought-provoking.

From these programmes, you will take away skills and knowledge which are immediately transferable to your organisation. This will be backed up by notes, handouts and exercises to reinforce your learning. Further, you will design an individual action plan which you can put into effect once you return to the workplace.

Once the programme has completed, we also offer further individual coaching to help embed new learning and behaviour in the workplace. Development and training are often “one-off hits”, helping delegates wake up to the fact that something needs to be done differently. In many cases, it is post-programme coaching which supports ongoing behaviour change.
